How to make orange cake (300 g sourdough)

 



៙ Ingredients:

1- 300 grams of sourdough powder

2- 200 grams of loose powder

3- Baking powder - 5 g or 1 teaspoon (Baking Powder)

250 grams of peeled green beans

5-Sesame 2 tablespoons

6- 200 grams of sugar

7- 1 to 2 liters of fat (frying oil or fat for frying enough to fry a cake)

៙ How to do:

1- Wash 3 green beans in water and soak for 30 minutes

2. Mix sourdough flour, baking powder and baking powder or baking powder, then pour about 300 ml of water, then squeeze the flour well and leave for 30 minutes. Leave this to allow the flour to rise and when fried it swells well. Note: Add no more than 1 teaspoon of flour in the amount of flour above, otherwise when frying the flour will cause the cake to explode fat.

3- Take soaked beans and boil them like cooking rice. An electric cooker is better because it does not burn the bottom of the pot. Cook beans for about 15 minutes.

4 - Take boiled beans and grind or beat with 250 grams of sugar to mix well and round into pieces like eggplant or larger, like the core of the orange cake.

5- Put the fat in the pan and turn on the heat.

6- Apply a little oil to the palms of the hands so that it does not stick to the hands when rolling the flour. When done, add a little sesame sauce before frying in oil.

7- Extract the cake that is cooked well and put it on a plate.
