៙ Dumpling flour ingredients:
1- 500 grams of noodles
2- 100 grams of sugar
3- 2 teaspoons baking powder
4- Yeast 2 teaspoons
5- Half a teaspoon of salt
6- 400 ml of milk
7- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
8- 150 ml of water
៙ Dumpling Core Ingredients:
9- Peking 2 fruits
10 - 300 grams of carrots
12- 100 g of mouse ear mushroom
13-1 can of mushrooms
14. 400 grams of minced pork (the above picture does not use pork core, but only vegetable core).
15. Salt, sugar, cooking oil, soy sauce
៙ How to do:
1. Mix noodles with flour ingredients: mix with baking powder, flour, sugar, salt, cooking oil, milk and water. Mix the flour and mix well.
2- Squeeze until the powder as shown below. Cover with a damp cloth for 1 hour. Cover to allow the flour and yeast to rise well. When the dough rises, it bubbles up on top of the dough, indicating that the dough can be wrapped.
3-Soak the mouse ear mushrooms for 10 minutes until the mushrooms grow as shown below.
4- Cook or peel carrots, pickles and mushrooms, canned mushrooms and mouse ear mushrooms.
5. Chew the pork thoroughly. Mix the minced pork with the cooked vegetables and mix with the ingredients according to your taste.
6- Boil 6 duck eggs to mix with dumpling core
7. When the dumpling flour is left for 1 hour, then squeeze it for another 2 minutes to make it thick.
8- Flour the dough into a long shape and cut it in half and cut the dough into two pieces until it is small enough for a fist.
9. Take a handful of flour and grind it flat. Can be used for grinding or grinding wine bottles. When grinding, to prevent sticking, sprinkle empty noodles on the floor. See the picture below.
10. Take the mixed core, put it in the middle and cut a duck egg with it. Then wrap the dough in a circle and fold the end of the dough to close it. Cut the dumpling paper into square squares. Wrap the dough until smooth.
11. Cook the flour in the lentils for 1 hour.
