How to Ansamkhnor Cake Khmer Housewife

៙ Ingredients:

1-1 kg of sour rice soaked in water for a while, washed and extracted

3- 400 ml coconut paste

4- 1 bowl of grated coconut

5- Half a teaspoon of salt

6- 150 grams of sugar

7- 1 banana leaf torn small enough

៙ How to do:

1. First, put the pot on the fire, then pour the coconut paste into it and stir it for a while.

2. Grate coconut meat, salt and sugar and stir to mix sugar for about 5 minutes.

3- After melting the sugar, add the jackfruit meat before frying a little, then put the rice into the frying pan and stir together. All.

4. Continue frying until dry and sticky for about 10 minutes, then leave it to cool.

5 - After cooling and start baking, take a banana leaf, put it in 3 tablespoons. Roll the package into a long shape, twisting the head on both sides.

6- When wrapped, put it in a steamer for about 30-40 minutes, cooked and eaten.
