how to Citrus (10 lemons) Khmer Chef



 ៙ Ingredients:

1- 10 lemons

2- 1 tablespoon palm sugar

3- 3 teaspoons of salt

4- 4 tablespoons vinegar

5- 1 liter of water

៙ How to do:

1. First, take a lemon and soften it, then soak it in boiling water. In 5 minutes.

After 2 to 5 minutes, extract, wash with cold water and then dry in the sun for about 2-3 days.

3 - After drying in the sun and bring it into the jar.

4- Put palm sugar in a pot, pour a little water and stir it to stick to the ankles.

5- Add water, salt and vinegar to stir it to dissolve and boil after boiling water and close. Let the water cool.

6. When the water is cold, pour it in or put it in a jar with oranges. One week can use it.
