៙ Ingredients:

1- 1 kg of old garlic

2- 3 ounces of palm sugar

3- 3 ounces of vinegar

4- 1 tablespoon of salt

5- 1 liter of water


៙ How to do:

1- Take old garlic tubers that have just been dug from the ground, not yet dried, peel off the leaves, peel off the outer shell and wash thoroughly.

2- Dip the garlic in warm water for a while and then extract the beauty to freshen the water.

Arrange the garlic in a clean glass.

3- Boil 1 liter of water with sugar, salt and vinegar. When it boils, remove it from the heat, leave it to cool and then pour it into a glass of garlic.
