How to make chili sauce to eat with meatballs or soup

៙ Ingredients:

1- 300 grams of red pepper

2- 200 grams of yellow peppers

3- 150 grams of garlic

4- 6 tablespoons vinegar

5- 4 tablespoons sugar

6- 2 teaspoons of salt

7- 3 glasses of clean water or more

៙ How to do:

1. Wash the peppers (cut them into small rounds). Put peppers, garlic and water in a pot and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.

2. After the peppers are cooked, grind them to a fine paste. Then remove the filtered wire mesh to remove the residue (put pure pepper juice in a new pot).

3- Then put sugar, salt and vinegar into the pot of chili sauce and bring to a boil again.
