៙ Ingredients:
1- 200 grams of noodles
2- 300 grams of kale
3- Pure beef 300 grams
4-1 carrot, 1 tuber
5-Straw mushroom (mouse ear mushroom or Tongkou mushroom)
6- Half onion, fruit
7-Cooking oil, soy sauce, sugar, 1 tablespoon roasted sesame.
៙ How to do:
1. Wash the cabbage and cut it clean សំអាត. If the cabbage is long, cut it into rounds, soak it in hot water, mix it with a little salt, leave it to boil, extract it and leave it to dry. Wash the carrots. Clean small pieces, wash mushrooms and cut into small pieces. Slice the onion into thin slices.
2- Put the pan on the stove, add oil, fry to boil and fry the onion to boil.
3- Then fry the carrots and mushrooms in the same way and pour into a bowl and set aside. While frying the vegetables, you can pay for some of the ingredients as you like.
4. Slice the beef with soy sauce and soup powder and garlic leaves and put it in the frying pan over high heat. .
5. Take a large bowl or small metal plate, put the noodles and mix all the ingredients together. When mixing, we can add enough seasoning and lemon zest, fry a little on top and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
