How to LOK LAK Canned fish fry Saturday, May 1, 2021
៙ Ingredients:
1- 1 big can of fish
2- 2 ripe tomatoes (please do not use young tomatoes)
3 - A tablespoon of minced garlic
4- A large bowl of salad
5- Garlic leaves are short enough.
6- Half a tablespoon of snail oil
7- Frying oil
8- Bicheng sugar and a little salt
៙ How to do:
1. Arrange the salad in a bowl in an orderly manner.
2. Heat a frying pan, then add oil and fry the onions.
3. Add the fish (add a little water)
4. Add sugar, bean curd, snail oil, salt
5. Stir in the tomatoes, but do not crack the fish.
6. Put on a plate of salad and sprinkle with garlic.
